Expansion of Production Lines
NAFA began to expand its the production scale and product line, adding
the manufacturing and production of ball valves, butterfly valves, check
valves, etc., covering more industrial applications such as the electric
power, petroleum, chemical engineering, oil and gas transmission.

Established TS Quality System
NAFA established the TS quality system, obtained the certificate issued
by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and
Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and implemented it.

Developing International Markets
NAFA obtained international certifications such as API, CE, and SIL,
opening the door to the international market. Its sales scope has
expanded to Asia, Europe, North America, and Europe, which wins
recognition from foreign customers.

Establishment of Processing & Production Bases
NAFA enlarged a large-scale processing and production base in Bihu
Industrial Park with an area of more than 10,000 square meters. It has
a complete five-axis machining center and various CNC machine tools,
as well as complete automatic welding machines and other equipment,
which greatly improved production efficiency and product precision.

Increased The Production of Product
NAFA increased the production of high-temperature, high-pressure,
supercritical and ultra-supercritical power station valves, power station-
specific quick flushing valves, high-pressure steam trap ball valves, water
pressure test valves, NK series vacuum valves, exhaust check valves,
special anti-HIC and anti-H2S valves for hydrogen systems, sulfur-
resistant valves that meet NACE MR 0175 standards, API standard valves,
track-type ball valves, hard-sealed ball valves, fire-resistant valves, low-
temperature and ultra-low-temperature valves, etc.

Technological Breakthrough
NAFA researched, applied for and obtained a series of invention patents,
such as wedge-tight parallel gate valves, dual-drive flushing valves,
integral wear-resistant metal-sealed ball valves, etc. Our innovative
nuclear power flushing valve opens in less than 1 second. This
technological breakthrough is of great help in emergency situations or
situations that require rapid response.

Join the R&D Team
As one of the first manufacturers to join the R&D team for the localization
of imported ultra-supercritical valves, NAFA was responsible for three
major categories of products. We mainly focused on: 1. ultra-supercritical
main steam integral forged electric gate valves (one of the top five
domestic manufacturers); 2. exhaust check valves (one of the top five
domestic manufacturers); 3. steam pneumatic steam traps. It has been
commended by the National Energy Administration.

NAFA Participated in Power Plant Projects in Various Countries
NAFA participated in power plant projects in various countries, such as
the Yamona Nagar Power Plant Project in Indonesia, the first phase of
the Wangmi Thermal Power Plant Project in Vietnam, the Atlas
Iskenderun Thermal Power Plant Project in Turkey, the Semilara Power
Plant in the Philippines, and the PP9 Bangladesh Pora Power Plant in
Thailand, etc. NAFA brought light and heat to international power plant
projects.

Became Sinopec Long-term Supplier
NAFA became a member of Sinopec and China Petroleum Resources
Market and a long-term supplier. It is recommended by the State Power
Corporation and the Electric Power Planning and Design Institute, and a
member of the China Valve Industry Association. NAFA provided nuclear
power flushing valves, vacuum valves, high-temperature and high-
pressure gate valves and other products to Qinshan, Fangjiashan,
Fuqing and Hainan Changjiang.
